Claire Gorrie
Claire Gorrie is a computational biologist/bioinformatician, specialising in microbial genomics with a focus on the evolution and transmission of antimicrobial resistant bacterial pathogens. She is based at the Doherty Institute at the University of Melbourne, and frequently works at the interface of research and public health, investigatng a diverse range of pathogens including K. pneumoniae, E. faecium and E. coli.
